Certified Instructor

In 2018, Céline Cassone became the first certified MUNZ FLOOR instructor in Canada, following a one-year practice and training with Alexandre Munz, the creator of the method. She is currently one of the few certified Level 4 instructors who can offer even more exercises!

She then broadened her skills to include Essentrics™ training to complement the workouts she offers to her clients and meet their goals. As a professional dancer, Chloé's practice led her to discover these methods, first as a dedicated client, then as a committed and passionate instructor.

Background

Céline Cassone is an internationally renowned professional dancer. After the Badisches Staatstheater in Karlsruhe, the Béjart Ballet Lausanne and the Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève, Celine joined the BJM - Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal in 2008 and is currently their principal dancer. After a 26-year career, Céline decided to take a different approach to training, and to work with her body in an intelligent way, responding to its needs, in order to continue dancing for as long as possible without suffering the pain that often comes with the profession. Her research led her to the MUNZ FLOOR practice, which she now teaches in order to enable anyone to develop or regain their mobility.
